Fallon is a brilliant tattoo artist with inherent magic. Tired of men and their games, she climbs onto her Harley and leaves her old life behind.

Brody is a talented motorcycle mechanic and werewolf stuck in his painful past. It's just another depressing night until he's attacked by vampires. Thinking he's killed them, he runs into the night and crashes into Fallon.

Unwilling to walk away from anyone in need, she heals Brody and then takes out the vampires who aren't as dead as he thought. Her past collides with the present, and she finds herself stranded in Edenton, Washington where an old friend lives. With no ride and no real plan, she winds up staying in Brody's empty apartment.

Feeling alive for the first time in years, Brody is determined to claim Fallon's heart and keep her safe from the shadows in her past. However, she prides herself on her independence and would rather keep him safe, even from herself.

With the impending danger from the group of vampires and dark mages, they will have to work together. The closer they get, the harder it is for her to fight her attraction.

Be prepared for monsters, magic and lots of ink.

Book One of the Others of Edenton series follows Fallon, a feisty red headed Druid, and Brody, our mourning werewolf from New Beginnings. Fallon's past comes back to haunt her, literally, with a vengeance, and not even Jess can see it coming. I think Fallon is my favorite. She's just the whole package. Warrior, caster, and shifter all in one. It was great watching her come into her own as the book progressed and she realized that she doesn't have to keep away from everyone she cares about. I found a couple of errors, but nothing that would impede reading speed. I really like this series. Not only does it combine fantasy elements with paranormal, it holds just enough heat to keep the reader wanting more. I look forward to reading Shadows Fall and learning more about Amethyst, who makes her appearance known at the end of this book. I give this book 5 of 5 paws

I have to rate this one 5 out of 5 stars! *i was given this ebook by the author for an honest review There are few books that I have read that I just couldn't put down, and this happens to be one of them. It actually caused me a book hangover! I started this immediately after I read the prequel, New Beginnings. I was up most of the night and actually finished it that morning. I was mad when I had to tend to daily life! I just wanted to read the book! Uh oh! Throughout the story all the characters were developed incredibly well, I felt like I knew them. I wanted to go hang out with them, eat the chili and get a new tattoo. I love when I am so emotionally vetted in a book and I'm not let down. There are some more mature scenes so I can't recommend this for the younger audience, but if you are looking for some hotness, you need this book! The tension between Fallon & Brody is perfect, and watching how walls come down and lives get rebuilt..... oh it's perfection! The ending was also spot on. I love when everything is resolved but not wrapped up in a perfect little happily ever after. It's more real. It's more believable and it makes me want to have imaginary friends on the side. So I guess you can tell I love this one? Seriously you will to!

I honestly could not put this book down and read it in an afternoon. Fallon was relatable and you can't help love but fall in love with her and root for her. Many times I will read a single book in a series and not read the rest. This is not the case here. I was left wanting more and being excited for the next book in the series. You can't go wrong with this book and you will become invested in all the wonderful characters.

I received this book to give an honest reviews. DAMNNNNNNNNNNN! I really loved this book. Let me say this I love reading about the weres, vamps, but more importantly I love reading about the main character when they are kicking ass. With In Too Deep you have a tattoo artist (which by the way is freaking awesome) who is leaving behind her ex in San Francisco why? Well you just have to read that to find out, lets just say I would have kicked him to the curb a long time ago sweetie. Not only that Fallon has a bad past with a vampire name Malachi. When Fallon ends up in Edenton, were of course where her friend Jess lives and other beings such as fae, weres, mages and healers. It was like destiny was calling her there. When a werewolf named Brody hits into her motorcycle one night, and Fallon saves him something starts between the two that Fallon is scared of. She has never had good luck with guys and after leaving her ex behind she truly does not want to be in another relationship. Fallon being a bad ass tattoo artist that can put a ward on tattoo's she has a lot of abilities, she can cast spells, heal. And she cares for others way more than herself. On top of that she is hot! When she lands in Edenton waiting on her bike to get repaired she is offered a job at Inktastic and starts making friends along with getting to work. Brody lost his wife years ago, and when Fallon comes into his life his world changes dramatically. He feels a need to protect her and he wants to be with her but he is willing to wait a bit until she is ready. That being said Brody is a gentleman on so many levels he is such a sweetheart! You can tell he really cares for Fallon and others. I love how he calls her sugar, whenever he talks to her it was like awwwwwwwwwww! And the way Brody talked to his brothers you can tell there was brotherly love there. Fallon and the others are now into a battle with evil. Malachi wants Fallon and he will do anything he can to get to her, even kill those that are around her. But Fallon doesn't give up without a fight. If you are looking for a book full of everything you could want in a book. Then this is it. You get all sorts of the supernatural, you get a main character who is just bad ass. You get a fight scene, and of course you get the sex! I mean you have to have sex in a book like this, with these type of characters. I can not wait to read more by this author! She did a terrific job.

What a great read for a Sunday afternoon!!  I was so into Fallon and Brody.   I love a good Were/Vamp story and to having an astonishing Druid be part of this was exciting to get the feel of her powers.. totally kickin it!  This story line was complete with twists, steamy love sessions, and all out scary moments.  Fallon is a beautiful tattoo artist, who has found herself running away from a city, from an ex LOSER boyfriend, and drives smack into a werewolf!  Now I just can't say to much because well its the whole story.. and its lovely from start to finish.  The werewolf is Brody a hot motorcycle mechanic, and he's just as amazed in Fallon as the rest of us! Great characters, ones you want to hate, ones you want to hate but learn not to hate.  Great Read!!!

Brandy Rivers, created an interesting and well rounded story with "In Too Deep (Others of Edenton). I enjoyed the action and found it easy to connect with the characters. The story held my interest and was a great read, which kept me guessing and reading further to find my answers.

Wow, what a ride! Rivers takes the best elements of paranormal- fun abilities, mysterious characters- and manages to make them shine brighter than ever before! Fallon is a heroine you can get behind; she has just the right balance of sexiness, danger, and coolness, and you're rooting for her the entire time. Brody is the perfect match for her (and for all of us...am I right, ladies??), and his protectiveness will strike a chord in every woman whose pulse skips a beat when their man comes to their defense. With a fantastic supporting cast, Rivers manages to bring us deeper into the world of Edenton, and give us enough to get our heart racing and whet our appetite for more. A fantastic debut novel....and I, for one, cannot wait to get my hands on New Beginnings!

A must read if you enjoy paranormal romance From the first page, I found myself pulled into this story about Others - werewolves, druids, fae, and vampires, to name a few - and enjoying the ebb and flow. The rhythm was easy for me to follow and I enjoyed seeing events from both Fallon's and Brody's points of view. This made for an interesting twist and a better understanding of the situations. Fallon is a complex character, edgy with a heavy dose of confidence. I like that. When she meets Brody her world is rocked and she's, for apparently the first time, unsure about what she's feeling and where she wants to go with it. It was fun to watch her as this character developed and I enjoyed not being sure which direction she would take or what to expect from her next. Brody is not as unpredictable as Fallon, and I found him warm and engaging, as if we were already friends. He thought he knew where he was going, as well, and we all know how that can change in a second. Seeing scenes through his point of view gave me a better grasp on why he did some of the things he did, and made me appreciate the depth of his emotions. The supporting cast was fun, as well; I liked the quirks and differences each exhibited and look forward to seeing more from them in the future. I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

“In Too Deep” is book one to Others in Edenton Series (245 pages for all of you who want to know) and is a quick paced action packed read, with a huge focus on the love story. Basically this book is everything a Paranormal Romance Junkie will crave. From the get go it’s packed with a punch. No slow starting with this book. It begins with action and ends wonderfully.  When I got this book I wasn't sure what to expect. I only knew that it was paranormal romance. That can mean many things from witches, warlock, vampires or shifters of some sort, and all vary in style. I didn’t even read the blurb, I wanted to be surprised and boy was I. Right away this book drew me in with action and there was a lot throughout the whole book. The female main character Fallon is kickass. She is tough and powerful and doesn't take crap from anyone. I absolutely fell in love with her character and was able to relate to her on some levels as well.  For a paranormal romance book Brandy made her characters very believable. I was impressed with how the story flowed, and we can't leave out the steamy scenes that were hot! I love a book that goes into detail, but not overly so. This book though, very detailed, was tasteful and far from smut. The passion was believable and didn't seem over extreme for the situation, plus paranormal creatures are supposed to have hot wild sex. Brody, the male main character made me swoon. He was hot and passionate, and an alpha male all the way, but was able to see the needs to his mate were met. He was protective but able to pretty much keep control of his temper. I loved how devoted he was but not to the point he didn't think of Fallon as a partner. He knew when to back off and let her fight her own battle, staying nearby but not taking over. That is a real man. He didn't look down on her for past and accepted her completely. Every woman wants a man like that.  The love and connection between the characters was undeniable that even when Fallon was fighting it the reader knows she will give in. The book was well spaced and I didn't feel it was rushed at all, though it was a fast paced book. Brandy didn't leave anything out. The setting was believable, the characters were believable, and the conflict was believable. I didn't want to put the book down, and actually stayed up really late just to finish it. I wanted more and cannot wait to read the next one.  This author did an amazing job and I will defiently read all future books. I can honestly say that this book is about a 4.8 on a level to five for this genre, one of the best paranormal romances I have read. Kudos to the author!!! I would recommend this book to anyone who likes the genre and even to those who don’t. Alil’ of the Book (BUT not much, don’t want to give away anything good!!) Fallon and Brody collide out of nowhere; they literally collide into one another. From there it’s a romance waiting to happen but one Fallon doesn’t realize she wants. Both are damaged are in their own ways, but Brody knows that there is something different about Fallon, and her opinion of Brody takes a bit longer to realize or she just fights it. The drama begins from the get go when someone (or something…) from Fallon’s past resurfaces putting everyone’s life in danger. The town of “others” gather together to kick ass and eliminated the threat, but not before some are hurt. While in the meantime Fallon’s ex is doing whatever it takes to get her back, without much success. In that process Brody and Fallon are falling in love and both cannot fight it…  Now go get your copy and read this book!!

This book is awesome! There's Brody the mechanical werewolf and Jess the "future-seeing" best friend and werewolf. And then there's Fallon. She's a bad-ass Druid who can kick ass, but has a sweet side. Rivers' characters are interesting and entertaining and it'll  keep you turning those pages! It was all too easy, to step into the town of Edenton and want to know all about it.  It's just a matter of time before the world gets to know and love the world Rivers' has created!  I can't wait for the next one in the series!

Great Read! I would like to first let anyone know who is reading this review that paranormal is not normally the genre that I read. However, with that being said I have been completely sucked into the world of Edenton. This book takes all kinds of paranormal `creatures' and puts them all together within the real world with a great balance of romance. The two primary characters, Brody and Fallon, sizzle off the pages. Did I say sizzle? I meant explode off the page in sexual tension and romance!!! In addition, the way in which this book takes some of the basic territorial instincts and puts them into Brody was fantastic. Since I'm not a paranormal reader, I loved the fact that this took place in the real world. It is a very well written descriptive book that had me feeling as if I was visiting Edenton and apart of the story. The author has confirmed that this is part of a series and am excited to continue my journey with these characters. The only thing I found difficult was understanding all of the character's magic powers and definitions of the creatures/ beings in the beginning. However, at about 25% through I realized there was an explanation at the back of the book that explained all of the terms I had been questioning and unsure of. Once I read that, I was good to go and it made the story even more enjoyable. I have recommended this book to a few of my friends who read paranormal romance. Overall, I enjoyed this book and found myself trying to read faster and faster to see where the story was going. I hope we get to see more of Brody and Fallon in the future. Disclaimer: I was given this book to read in exchange for an honest review.

Were's, Vampires and Druids all in one town and all in one book. I thought I would be overloaded with all the "others" in one story but the author kept it all on track. I like how the Were's and Druids all worked together to combat the evil threat while basically being normal people that you could relate to. The story revolves around Fallon, a tattoo artist and Druid. She is strong, powerful and fiercely independent without being annoying. Brody is a strong werewolf who appreciates her strength and abilities. I loved how he would step back and let her deal with things instead of going all alpha on her. Their romance was nice and simmering hot. Ms. River's first book built a good foundation for the rest of the series and introduced all the characters and the world without getting bogged down with it. I enjoyed this book and noted to look for book 2 as I know she will get better and better as the story evolves. **Review copy provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.

I'm a sucker for anything with vampires, werewolves, or faeries, so when I started reading In Too Deep I thought I was in heaven. Not only does it have my three favorite fantasy creatures, but there are a whole host of 'others' like werecats, mages, druids and more. There is a large cast to get to know, but the main characters, Fallon and Brody are easy to fall in love with. Fallon is strong and full of spunk. She isn't your typical weak and helpless female lead, waiting for the guy to come in and save her. In fact, she is the one who saves him on more than one occasion. That is not to say that Brody can't take care of himself, because he is a big strong wolf that any girl would love to have as back up.  One thing I will say about In Too Deep, is that there is a lot of terms that a new reader to this genre might not be familiar with. I wish I had realized up front that there is a reference guide in the back that explains all of the terms that are helpful to know. I would suggest checking that out first to avoid any confusion later on.  I would definitely recommend  reading In Too Deep if you enjoy strong, sexy, take-no-prisoners females, and hot werewolves with a sweet vulnerable side. Oh and then there's the hot sex! That's always a good reason to read!

Then began to drag. I stopped reading 3/4's of the way for a week. The female lead stayed true to her character, but her soulmate, while not an Alpha, was a little too subservient. Better proofreading was called for.

I know others have said how great the book is but I was bored. I would read about half a chapter and then read another book. Then come back to this one for few pages then read another book. I wanted to like it. I liked the story but the main characters weren't as engaging as I like to see. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't one I would ever read again.

228 pages. This is labeled as book 1 but I didn't think it was a first in a series. The main characters meet for the first time but all the secondary characters have complx relationships that seem to be from other books. I was frustrated by all the fighting and killing. I wasn't sure why the protagnists were always under attack except that their enemies were evil. The characters were interesting but too much violence for me.

A few errors her and there, but easily over looked. Good story line, very interesting characters. Kept me hooked from the beginning.
