Wonderful story for children. Haven't found many measuring books that come down to the child's level. Pictures are colorful and characters are friendly. The story caught my students' attention from beginning to end. I would certainly recommend it.

I recently purchased this book for my 5 year old grandson. He loved the book. The colorful pictures held his interest and the language was simple enough that he began to read along with me. It also led into an interesting discussion about measuring things.

This is a wonderful book!!!! I teach first grade and I loved this book. I read the story a few times in the week and it really helped to get the message across. I made rulers and used inch worms on the rulers. The story kept the students attention, and the illustrations were great!

Used this as an Interactive Read-A-Loud to introduce unit on measuring for my kindergarten class. The repetitive patterns encouraged my struggling readers to join in and "read" as they counted the numbers with Inch Worm. Students enjoyed the story as well as the colorful pictures.

Repeats same story line on each page and is not the same quality of Brown Bear, Brown Bear. I bought this to share with my kindergarten class but it did not keep their attention!
