    Very Practical and A Wealth of Information!!!

    I work for a large business that is struggling with how to work with the community we live in and move beyond simple philanthropy- The Inclusion Breakthrough clearly explains why it is important to form a partnership between the business and the community, and how it is not just a one-way street. This book gave me great ideas that I can bring back to my organization and my community.

    Highly recommended for Business Leaders

    This book explains why it's more effective to have a whole strategy around diversity than to just have a variety of diversity programs. It even maps out a plan to connect this strategy to the real work of the company. It's like a roadmap to better business! The best part of the book is where it gives a long list of 'competencies' that company leaders need to develop to better take advantage (in a good way) of its diversity.
