Great Book!

"Independence Hall" was a great book! Would be good for all ages. "Independence Hall" will keep any reader interested, and at the edge of their seat. A highly addictive book. You won't want to stop reading it!

BOOK REVEIW OF I,Q

I absolutely loved the book I,Q. This story has a way of grabbing the reader's attention and keeps them reading on with the anticipation of what is going to happen next. When two step siblings, Quest and Angela, realize their being followed,they get tangled into a problem they never thought they would be a part of. Later Quest learns about the secrets of Angela's mother Malak, who was a former Secret Service agent and was supposedly killed by a terrorist bomb. The race of Angela, Quest, and the SOS agianst the Mossad leads to a suspensful and heart pounding adventure for the truth of what really happened to the memorable agent, Malak.

Excellent Read!-slow start, short ending. But definitely worth it!

I decided to read this book after I read the Hunger Games series. I was told that this book was good from another person that read, and loved, the Hunger Games series. The main character Quest (a.k.a. IQ) is the son of Blaze Munoz, a female musician now married to his stepfather Roger Turner. Roger's previous wife, Malak Turner, who is now dead, was a secret service agent for the C.I.A. I like Quest because he shares many characteristics with Katniss, the main character from the Hunger Games. First, he did what was best for his mother (supporting her marriage to Roger) similar to Katniss taking the position of her sister. Quest and Katniss both accept the call to adventure in their lives. Both books start out similar. They take a little time to get started. If you like a book that gets into the story right away, this book is not the book for you. It takes some time to get into it and at the beginning, its hard to even know what the story is going to be about, but about 1/4 or more of the way through the book it begins to become really addictive and good. I liked this book because it is told by the main character, so it is through his point of view, like the Hunger Games. Until about 1/4 of the way through the book, there are two different stories being told. The author makes clear sense of this by using italics for one party, while Quest's party and point of view is the normal text. I started to question if I was going to finish this book because of its slow start, but if you like a suspenseful,hard-to-put-down book (like the Hunger Games) it's a great book for you. One thing I didn't care for in this book was the tight and short ending. I was suprised that the beginning of the book took up most of the story. From the point where the two parties meet up and the story starts setting up is less of the book than the beginning. I thought that the begining could, and should, have been shorter. The beginning was boring and in the end, most of the stuff that took place doesn't even matter. The ending could have had more scenes and suspense take place than it did. I was a little bugged about how fast the ending was moving, and I think the author could have talked about a few more characters than he did. As I was reading, I couldn't believe how far I was into the book as it was starting to set up. But none the less, the ending is very well done by Roland Smith, as well as the story. The story was a very intriguing concept, and I haven't heard of any other books that have a story that touched this subject. The ending of this text leads up to the next book quite well, and I am looking forward to reading the second book of this series by Roland Smith. I am now a fan of two series: The Hunger Games, and now I,Q.

This was a book full of adventure around every corner when Q(quest) and his newe step sister angela find out the truth about her so called "dead mother" and when angela discovers they are being followed and a secret service agent helps them

If you are a person that loves adventure this thrilling book one of the best books i ever read i could never put the book down i read through it so fast it was amazing the way the author use words to make the story and the whole plot behind thge story so many ages would love this book the book was amazing exciting thrilling adventures breath taking definetley one of the best books i everr read if your into spy books and movies then you will like this book just thenn way the author wrote it was amazing

I,Q Independence Hall

This book is extremely fast pace, exciting, and fantastic. I sat down to read this book, and I didn't get up until I'd finished it. While the writing isn't exactly difficult or high class, the adventure is very real. On the character's journey through some life or death situations, used book stores, and burger joints, I decided that this was a wonderful book, even if it isn't what I usually read. I think that anyone could get caught into the excitement of this book, and it's whirlwind pace. It is full of conspiracy theories, international spy organizations, and mistaken identity. I highly recommend this book and its sequel, I,Q The White House.

AWesome book

I got this book last year from the book fair by accident. I read and it was the best book ever. this book is good for all ages and boys and girls ive told everyone in my class to read and they have and the all likke it. I can't wait for the second book in the series

Awesome Book

I think this book is great for girls and boys. I thought it was suspensful and well writen I give this book an A. I did a book report on it and my class liked it.

Why am i not surprised that this book is amazing? Well duh, Roland Smith wrote it!

This book was awing and it really gave a feel as to who the characters are and what is important to them. The author, Roland Smith is very good at perspective and using modern language. He remains to be one of my favorite authors. He is one of those people who can write all types of different things, like Zachs lie, and Jacks run, and Cryptid Hunters are all VERY different, but no matter what is thrown at him, he can bat 1000. This book was very interesting because of the inside knowledge he had about what was going on and the great details. It makes me think, if he is like some of the characters! The characterization was great when it came to Angela, she was probably my favorite but most despised character. Its confusing, but when she has her annoying moments, they can be hated. But her character is also really cool and interesting. I love this book! Highly reccommended!

I, Q= a great story!

I, Q is a great book for young readers who enjoy thrill and excitement. It is full of adventure, suspence, mystery, and tons of undercover agents and spies.
