One of my all time Favorites

This is one of my favorite cookbooks and is indispesible to me! Madhur explains indian cooking techniques so plainly and understandably with a pleasant touch of humor and interesting background info about indian people and and the recipies. I love this book, it has made me very popular in my family, they all want me to prepare my indian food that I now deftly make after learning from this book. A forever keeper!

    Indispensable...

I have owned this book for several years and have accumulated an extensive Indian/Pakistani cooking library; but I find myself coming back to this volume again and again. Every recipe has proven to be a winner.
