As a single mother and a manager in a Technical Support department, I have quite a bit of stress in my life. I used to take it all with me at the end of the day and often ended up continuing to 'work' all through the night. This has been a tremendous help in guiding me to relax at the end of the day and just let go of all the stress and worries. The more I use it, the easier it is to relax - both at the end of the day and when I find myself in stressful moments during the day. I am now trying the Indigo Dreams children's version with my kids to help them calm down and get ready to sleep. I really like the positive nature this takes in empowering the listener to direct herself.

I have listened to many a guided meditation CD where I have struggled to understand the narrator. This voice is just what I needed, just the right tempo and the voice alone will relax you. The narrator is clear and does not have any accent to decipher at all. The speaker is so engaging that it takes almost no effort to listen to or follow. The techniques are perfect for letting the stress of the day go. The music is relaxing and inspiring in its own right! Say goodbye to anxiety, stress and sleepless nights with this CD.

I have the Indigo Dreams CD which I use in my psychotherapy practice with younger children. Many of them really enjoy the stories and have been helped with calming for bedtime. However I was excited to try using the Indigo Teen Dreams with some of my younger kids who really needed to know how to specifically practice the Relaxation techniques in order to apply them to other times of increased stress. I have been working with two bright 8 year old girls that have loved adding this CD to their options when feeling stressed or having difficulty sleeping. THANKS!!

I bought this for my husband. I think there are 5 tracks but he prefers listening to certain tracks only. It's been 3 weeks. So far so good. He does seem more relaxed and positive.
