    wonderful book

This is a wonderful introduction to the Alexander Technique and a book well worth reading, Filled with examples and clear descriptions, this book lays out and builds upon a basic understanding of Alexander Technique. It travels not only the surface route to good use, but also delves into the ways in which the Alexander Technique can assist in asthetic decisions. Great book! And he's a cellist, who could ask for anything more?!
