Meet the Author


Dwayne Ridgaway, the indoor grill master, is the well-known author of Rockport's cookery books, including Lasagna (2003), Sandwiches, Panini, and Wraps (2005), and Pizza (2005). He has worked as a chef in the San Destin Beach Resort and the Elephant Walk in Florida. He is a food and beverage consultant and caterer, and lives in Providence, Rhode Island.
