About the Author

PAUL E. SPECTOR splits his time between teaching executive Doctor of Business Administration students at the Muma College of Business and consulting with Tampa General Hospital about leader development and culture change. He spent 38 years teaching industrial-organizational psychology in the USF Psychology Department and has published research and consulted on many of the topics in the book. He has been recognized in several studies as one of the 10 most impactful I-O psychologists in the world.
