    DISAPPOINTING

To say this book was a major disappointment is probably an understatement.
Either “Inevitable” should have been 30 pages shorter, giving it a great conclusion and a wonderful stepping stone into an ensuing novel; for should have been 30 pages longer so a logical conclusion could have been developed.
In reality, Angela Graham winds up this 260-page of shallow writing with the hero riding off into the sunset on his motorcycle; the heroine confined to the hospital in an anesthetically-induced coma after a horrendous auto accident; God only knows where the hero’s five-year-old son is, leaving the readers wondering “What happened?”
Graham never develops the character of the main players in the book, although she seems to have created stronger personalities in several sub-players ... Why?
The hero comes off as either a womanizer, an immature mid-20s male, or gay, but then dashes that in the final pages, leaving the reader thinking “Who is this guy?”
The heroine comes off as a soft person who is too afraid to aggressively go after what she wants and just doesn’t seem to want to take charge of her own life, although she seems to be led around quite easily by some of the sub-characters.
If Graham had wound up this book 30 pages sooner, it would have left all the characters vibrant, happy and all set to move into a sequel novel readers would be anxious to read.
Or, if she had added 30 pages, bringing the loose ends together into an acceptable conclusion, it could also have been used as a stepping stone to another book.
Or, and possibly the best suggestion to Graham ... do a re-write, give the lead characters some strength, some direction; hire a strong editor to assist in correcting grammar and spelling, and to tighten up the writing, eliminating much unnecessary verbage; and put a match to the final 30 pages ... either drop them completely or do a complete rewrite. I’d suggest winding the book up on Christmas Day, then picking up the story line in a sequel.
It’s got potential ... but this book just lacks substance.
I was very disappointed after 100 pages, but kept reading hoping it would get better .. It never did. Sorry Angela ... that’s life.

This book was a breath of fresh air...

Most books I have read seem to rush the most beautiful part of love… Friendship. That is what makes this book so special. It captures Cassandra and Logan building a friendship to eventually falling head over heels for one another.

Along with romance though; it also has suspense that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Just when you think you have it figured out, there is a twist sending you in a different direction. The Author did a great job creating a strong willed young woman and a hot, yet arrogant rich man as characters. Their personalities shine through the entire book and have you laughing, screaming, and crying. Logan’s son Oliver was also a great addition. It was really sweet to see how him and Cassandra grew so close to one another.

The storyline was well thought out and unique. It will grab you from the beginning and not let go until you finish the last page. I saw many reviews that were complaining about a cliffhanger, but to me there is none. The book does what every other great book does- Keeps you interested and has you craving book 2. I highly recommend this to everyone!

Warning if you read this book you will have to buy two more to get to the end of their story.... Really ticked me off to not find that out until the end of the book that wasn't an ending at all. I really don't like writers do this kind of cheap shot!  When I buy a book I expect an ending and choice if I want to read the next in a series.

    Good story but....

...did not like the way the book ended. Will read the next book in line just so I can find out what happened. Hopefully the story line picks up in 2nd book.

Wow!!! Inevitable put me through the ringer. I went from wanting Cassandra and Logan to get together, to wanting her to move on with any
man possible, to wanting them together again. Logan was a bit of an ass with an even bigger ego. However I did adore Oliver so Logan
was able to do one thing right. And I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

    Weak writing

This book was boring and very repetitive. How many times does the character need to say "lock the door", "fasten your seat belt", "beauty", "handsome", etc. Would not read sequel or recommend this book. Sorry.

    Great book!! A page turner!

The characters are written superbly. You feel like you know them. Easy to relate to in an adult fairy tale kind of way. Although it is definitely for adult readers, there is also a sweet side. I cannot wait to save the money to get the next book. There are only a few books i would spend money on after the 1st free book in a series, and this is one of them. Truly a cliffhanger, so if you do not like that.....you might not like this book. I loved it. It would be a 5 star book, but it does stink to be left hanging.

    Okay

Great story line, but this is one of three books (800 pages) that could have been wrapped up into one. Love the characters, not the drag. Also, there were some formatting issues with the digital version (squares when there should have been quotes) as well as some misspelled/incorrect words.
