I usually have avoided the highly over-saturated metalcore and screamo scenes. But at the behest of a good friend, I chose to give this album a listen. It's awesome. Chris Motionless obviously takes cues from Marilyn Manson and it shows heavily on tracks like "America" and "The Divine Infection" (I recommend these two tracks first for the skeptical listener.) After that, the raw power of "Devil's Night" just blew me away. Motionless in White have aged like a good whiskey, full flavor and smooth finish. Very nice.
