    Humerously Helpful and Ingeneously Informative

    This book is an outstanding example of one courageous woman's battle with infertility. Through witty haiku, personal stories, and invaluable information, Ms. Barna effectively relays that, while 'infertility sucks,' it can be survived and there can be triumph. Whether triumph comes in the form of pregnancy and birth, acceptance of life without children, or in her case, her own beautiful 'China doll,' sent to her to love, victory over tragedy is the sweetest. I strongly recommend this book to anyone whose life has been or will be touched by infertility, which is, of course, most everyone.

    A must for every woman who is infertile, and those who love them

    A must read on the journey of infertility none of us wanted to take. Beverly Barna is funny with a subject that is simply not funny to most of us. I am buying a copy for my infertility specialist. Chapter are very well written, and full of facts on infertility. A look at the facts from the infertile woman's view.

    Infertility sucks, but this book will make you laugh

    Through witty writing and humorous scenarios, the author has taken her own unsuccessful attempts at IVF and produced a must-read book for all infertile couples. This book made me laugh out loud at a time when I was wallowing in self-pity. Her sense of humor is a refreshing change from all the techno-babble books on the subject, and I loved the tongue-in-cheek illustrations that begin each chapter.

    Not Just for the Infertile

    "Infertility Sucks" is a must read for the infertile, their families, friends and anyone who who wants to gain insight into their world. Barna opens the arms of sisterhood to the similarly situated and provides a glimpse into their world for the rest of us. The book is a compelling read about a difficult experience thanks in large part to the writer's use of humor, imagination and wry wordplay.

    Writer addresses topic from new perspective

    Refreshing perspective, first and foremost for those enduring the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual challenges posed by the struggle with infertility, but also of benefit to those who simply care about a relative, friend, colleague or neighbor in the throes of this complex circumstance. Witty and wise, a good read, particuarly for those in need of a good cry and laugh.
