    Much Better

I was very hesitant to read the second installment of this series because I thought the first book had a lot of faults. I am glad that I read the second book because it was significantly better then the first and I actually found the story line and characters much more concrete. I really enjoyed this book and just bought the third and final book. To all of those doubting this series based on the first book, I highly recommend giving the series a second chance by reading Inherited Danger.

    Awesome!

Looking for something good to read. This trilogy is the thing. I really enjoyed the books. Well written and unpredictable. A bit of scifi and adventure.

    Much better

The second book of this series is excellent. The writting style and character developement improved drastically from the first book. I also found the underlying meanings in much of what was written to be interesting and helped keep my attention.

    Decent series.

This is a good sequel. I found this one to flow better than the first book, The Call Of The Herald. The story really begins to come together, things are explained, and you begin to understand the characters motivations much better. The two main characters are well developed, although the supporting cast seems to be somewhat weak still. A book that should be checked out, even if you werent really a fan of the first. The story gets better and you will want to pick up the third and last in the series to see how it ends.

    I like potatoes

Slinkeys make good telescopes, pie makes a good hat, and garlic makes a good air freshener...................that pretty much describes this book

    Inherited Danger

This is a really good series (I've read all three). The author does a good job of character and world building. If you are looking for foul language and overt sex, however, you may find this disappointing. There is none of that - not in Books II and III, either. If you like fantasy, I recommend this series. It kept me involved and hoping things would turn out well. These are not in the league of Ann McCaffery's Pern series or George RR Martin first couple of books, but still well worth reading.
