Purpose: In aggregate, a comprehensive attempt is made to adopt observations of authorities from diverse, worldwide experience, providing a comprehensive, up-to-date reference for investigators and less so for practitioners.
Features: Although the book deals with a variety of subjects, it is selective and not intended to be comprehensive.
