    Self discipline

Easy to read book, I found myself reading the book over and over again. If you set your mind to do anything, you can. Make a commitment, review your goals on a daily basis. Some very informative thought provoking suggestions.

    New Age Convert?

This book could easily be considered a small primer for someone generally interested in the New Age movement. Ms. St. James uses some of the relevant catch words: positive/negative energy, getting in touch with the Universe, meditation. She also references Deepak Chopra. While I found her book Simplify Your Life useful, this particular monograph doesn't offer anything more than the many psychological/philosophical self-help books already on the market.
