Overview

He denies himself nothing…except the woman who means everything.

New York, Book 3

When business brings him to New York City indefinitely, Gage Hollister is sure that somewhere in this massive city, there must be a woman whose need to be dominated matches his thirst to dominate.

But as his search through the local BDSM clubs drags on, he begins to despair such a woman exists. When he’s asked to chaperone his best friend’s younger sister, who’s on her first solo trip as an adult, he welcomes the distraction.

Zoe Marshall has been in love with Gage forever, and has saved herself for him alone. Now, after careful planning and a bit of luck, she finally has the chance to show him she’s all grown up and ready to be his.

Gage believes himself too old and jaded for an innocent like Zoe, but she is relentless in her innocent seduction, and soon his resistance crumbles. But as their love blooms, reality tackles their dreams. And in the aftermath, the choices they face will strain the bonds of friendship and family. Perhaps beyond repair.

Warning: This book contains graphic language, BDSM elements, M/F/M ménage, a Southern Dom who’s a gentleman; and the woman who brings out his inner scoundrel.

3.5 stars Bossy, sexy, Southern guy to sweep me off my feet and peel my panties off??? Yes, please! So, here's the deal, I love this series and I was really excited for Gage's book. He's kinky, definitely dominating, and lord, is he sexy. However, after digesting the book and looking at the overall picture, I think I wanted the envelope pushed just a bit further with Gage. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed it. Panty soaker enjoyed it, but I guess I expected a little more perv.  Here's what I liked about Gage: I love that he's a Southern Gentleman, but that he's very firm. I appreciate a guy who takes charge. I love how dedicated he is to his friends. In fact, that's one of the reasons I was so anxious for him to get a book. He has a great friendship with Brice and his family. In fact, it's so good that he's also bonded with Brice's baby sister, Zoe. Here's where things get interesting.  Zoe is an adult, but she's young. She's very naive and innocent in a lot of ways. Zoe's been in love with Gage since she was a little girl. He's always been around and he coddled her just as her family has. So, basically he's seen her as a little sister. Of course, that's changes. One thing about Zoe that I admired the most was her determination. She heads to New York with one thing in mind. She will make Gage hers. She has no idea what kind of lifestyle he leads, so needless to say, things get interesting.  This book is true Erotica. There is lots and lots of sex or play going on. I mean...even 20% in, I was sticking my head in the fridge. I love that about Lainey Reese's books though. She doesn't dilly around with it. She gets to the point, but there's also a story behind it. This whole group of characters lead an interesting BDSM lifestyle. It works for them. Some couples are bit more involved with it and others, I would say are more mild. Gage is one of the most aggressive. He doesn't want a Sub. He wants a slave. Coincidentally, Zoe unknowingly has prepared to be just that.  I will say that Gage was most definitely a Dom with her, I felt like he was lighter on her than he could have been. Gage is dirty and in the second book, he had me beyond turned on. While I liked that he softened up a bit with Zoe, I missed seeing him be a bit more firm. Is that the right word? Another point I wanted to bring up was that I got super excited when the threesome scene started, but I felt like it was a bit dull. Was it a turn on? Yes, but I remembered how hot his threesome scene with Brice and Terryn in book 2. That was out of this world hot! I guess I expected more from Gage.  Overall, I really liked it and I'm glad to have read Gage's story even though I had some minor issues with it. It was great to see the other characters too! One thing is certain though...I will always read Lainey Reese's books. She writes some good sexy!  Quotes: ~Gage didn't know what the hell he was supposed to do now. He has a hard on the size of a Lousiville Slugger and the more she looked at him with those giant blue eyes, the harder it was to remember it was Oops he was staring at and having this reaction to.-Loc 253 ~Gage. The most beautiful man she had ever seen. He was big as a Viking, built like a Greek god, and has the voice of a Southern-fried angel.-Loc 1311 ~"You and me? That's forever. The rest is just details, darlin'. It's all just details."-Loc 3099

Sexy, erotic, panty melting … yes, Lainey Reese delivers these every time I read one of her books. If you love erotic love stories, than pick up the New York series by Lainey. In this installment, Zoe has loved Gage for years, he is a family friend and 13 years older than she is, can she get Gage to see her as the woman she has become? What a fun ride as Zoe breaks down the Dom and gets behind his shields but will she become more than just his slave?

Once again, Lainey writes a wonderfully, powerful story about young innonce and a man that feels he doesn't deserve. This book is packed with drama/love/powerful story line and of course HOT HOT sex. Even though this is book three you can read these as stand alone.

I really enjoyed this book. The story was great. The sexual tension between Gage & Zoe is so hot right off the bat. Then when the amazing sex begins it's mind blowing. If your looking for a great read with lots of extremely erotic sex. Then this for you. I recommend this book to everyone. It will definitely leave you wet and needing a release. Lol.

A Great Book I thought the first two were hot but this book was the best.  The innocence combined with the passion was amazing.  I look forward to more from Lainey.  She is a great author and her books are well written.  You become connected with Gage and Zoe and can feel the raw passion as he opens a whole new world to her.  I would definetly reconmend this book.

This book requires a specific audience, so if you're not into BDSM themes/books, don't read and/or judge. It's not Shakespeare and never will be. Deal with it. I loved everything about it, after reading this book all I want is to go to Texas...

I liked the way it tied up Riley, Trevor and Cade, I did not like how Brice reacted to Gage and his little sister, kind of like the pot calling the kettle? This was better than book two but not as good as Table for 3. Still, it flowed well and I had a hard time turning off my book to do other things (like eat and sleep). I will read it again, ( and again) because I enjoyed it, and I enjoyed the ending. I will read anything that Lainey Reese writes ( and have). I look forward to more?

This book reminded me of my first love, and of course now I can laugh at how my family reacted (which was much the same way as Oops'). I sometimes wonder how life might have been different if it had worked out with my first love. It was nice to be reminded of what was and might have been. Warning: this book contains BDSM
