Meet the Author

Clayton M. Christensen is a professor at Harvard Business School. He co-founded Innosight and Rose Park Advisors. He is the author of six books, including The Innovator’s Dilemma. A former CEO of Arrow Electronics, Stephen P. Kaufman is a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School, in Boston, and has been a director of six public and four private companies. Willy C. Shih is the Robert and Jane Cizik Professor of Management Practice in Business Administration at Harvard Business School.
