Meet the Author

Joshua Becker was living a typical suburban life with his wife and two small children until one day when he made a crazy discovery: his possessions were weighing him down both financially and emotionally. At that moment, he decided to remove everything that wasn’t essential and pursue a life of rational minimalism. His writings on www.becomingminimalist.com have been viewed by over 1 million people worldwide and his story has been covered by numerous media outlets including the CBS Evening News. He has written two books detailing his story and highlighting the most important lessons he has learned through the process.
