Inside the Other Side: Soul Contracts, Life Lessons, and How Dead People Help Us, Between Here and Heaven [NOOK Book]

Overview

Psychic medium Concetta Bertoldi knows how it is: Heaven is perfection. Life on Earth is the tough part.

It's here we need to meet challenges, learn lessons, and grow spiritually even as we cope with our sense of "aloneness" and "not enough-ness" or the loss of a loved one. Through all of this our guardian angels, those who have crossed to the Other Side—or "the dead guys," as Concetta calls them—offer us loving, behind-the-scenes assistance.

In Inside the Other Side, Concetta explains the importance of the agreements we make with God before being born into a new physical life. She gives advice on dealing with life's difficult issues: from relationships to a lack of abundance, from illness and aging to coping with loss. Concetta's wise, witty, and uplifting assistance will help you get more in touch with the Other Side so that you can call on your own angels whenever they are needed the most.

Editorial Reviews

From Barnes & Noble

Concetta Bertoldi is a celebrity psychic medium with a rare combination of intuitive "clairsentient" skills, ready wit, and modesty. That smooth blend has made her a resounding hit: Her Do Dead People Watch You Shower? won over numerous skeptical readers and even Time magazine sought her out as an interview subject. Her new Inside the Other Side shares her gifts with consummate generosity, assuring us that the dead people she sees have our best interests in mind. A trade paperback and NOOK Book original by one of the most readable psychics alive.

Publishers Weekly
What people really want when they go to a medium is to know that “dead” isn’t: they want confirmation that dead loved ones still exist. As someone who has been communicating with spirits since she was child, Bertoldi knows that loved ones on “the other side” exist and that they want to help those still alive. What people don’t realize, she explains, is that the soul and body both are energy: physical life and death are on a continuum. Spirits on the other side are energy, too, and not only are they all around us, they can “mak(e) things happen on this side” by focusing their energy. We all have the ability to connect with “spirit guides” through emotions, which is where the physical meets the spiritual, we are told. In touch with both the dead and with life, Bertoldi guides readers to bring positive energy to life’s challenges, to spiritual growth, and to get in touch with the other side in this life-affirming and personable book. I read her book "do dead people see me shower" (I think that's the right title). I read it after my father passed. It helped me grieve, helped me process his death and answered so many questions, whether true or not. I adore this woman and love her books and her beliefs. Pick it up if you get a chance. You won't be able to put it down.
