Meet the Author

DOLF de ROOS is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author and successful real estate investor. de Roos holds public seminars across the nation and throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe. He also trains real estate agents and has created software to both analyze and manage investment property. He is often asked to address investors' conferences, appear on radio shows, and take part in television debates because of his expertise.
In the late 1990s, de Roos launched a public company "Property Ventures Limited" of which he is the chairman. Property Ventures is now gaining momentum as an innovative property investment company with holdings ranging from high-rise apartment buildings to high-end vineyards.
He is the author of Real Estate Riches (Warner and Wiley) which has sold over 530,000 copies.

GENE BURNS is a full-time real estate investor who specializes in buying distressed homes in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has pioneered several techniques for helping distressed sellers.
