Meet the Author

Mary Alice Blackwell, features editor of The Daily Progress, was born in Staunton and now lives on the other side of the ridge, in the Charlottesville area.

Anne Patterson Causey came to the Charlottesville area by way of Virginia Beach. A writer and research specialist at the Special Collections Library of the University of Virginia, she has also worked in public relations and writes fiction in her spare time.
