About the Author

Kerin Gale is a self-taught mixed-media artist who works with resins, found objects, clays of all sorts and metals. She lives in Oregon, where she teaches and collaborates with husband, Charley Slaughter. She has launched an online art learning site with classes by several well-known artists, tutorials and resources of interest to the mixed media artist. Kerin's work has been published in Somerset Studio magazine and 500 Pendants and Lockets (Lark. May '08).
