The Instant Trainer Review - Instantly!

I felt 'The Instant Trainer' was a good book for first time trainers. As a student enrolled in a training and development class and never having any practical experience, I really liked the casual question and answer format of the book. It was an enjoyable, entertaining way to present the material. The information was helpful as were the checklists and strategies at the end of the book. I felt I learned a lot from this format and would recommend the book to anyone just starting out in training. It is a good place to begin.
