    Great Reference

I took a staff development workshop that my district provided and we used this book as the text... I like the book because of the no BS approach. Rutherford basically tells it like it is... this is what the strategy is, they is why it works, and gives few examples of how to use it. I find myself going back to it again and again. Plus it is cool that she gives examples that teachers have done.
