A must have for students of WWII history in Europe.

Raeen's book provides a detailed, personal account of the 5th Ranger Infantry Battalion's key role in the assault on Omaha Beach and it's combat experience for the next four days. Raeen, who was there, provides first person accounts, documentation and photos descrribing the 5th Rangers' key role in the Normandy landings. I highly recommend this book.
