GORDON MACE teaches at the Department of Political Science and at the School of Advanced International Studies at Laval University, Canada. He is the recipient of the 2008 ISA Canada Distinguished Scholar Award.

ANDREW F. COOPER is Associate Director and Distinguished Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, and Professor of Political Science at the University of Waterloo, Canada.

TIMOTHY M. SHAW is Professor and Director at the Institute of International Relations at the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago.
