    Dr. Tull's book is practical and smart read for all pastors, not just those entering interim ministry. I have read many books on ministry but very few that also share how to do ministry. For example countless books suggest that the new or interim pastor "set goals" but then never go on to share what goals the authors themselves have made for their congregations. This book does both. The author gives wisdom learned through experience and shares details of the experiences that can be gleaned and applied to any ministry setting- excerpts from letters, sermons, etc. Nothing is permanent... so it would serve all pastors to gather and implement the best practices from the techniques and strategies Dr. Tull learned and offers in Interim Ministry. You and your ministry setting will be blessed by the book and the strategy outlined in Interim Ministry.
