a lot of information, but badly written

Mr Born includes many references in his book, and spots very many debated issues in international commercial arbitration. That may be very useful as a practitioner. However, for students, the book is not to be recommended. Mr Born usually presents every side of an issue, but often refuses to point out the correct approach. He confuses more than he makes clear, especially in the 'Notes.' Therefore: great for practitioners, but not for students.
