International Litigation and Arbitration (Carolina Academic Press Law Casebook Series) : Practice and Planning / Edition 4by Russell J. Weintraub
Pub. Date: 05/28/2003
Publisher: Carolina Academic Press
This completely updated and revised edition continues the extensive commentary, notes, and questions that have made the first three editions so popular both in the U.S. and abroad. This book is designed by Weintraub to afford useful insights into the nature of international litigation and arbitration, and it contains the cases and notes along with the treaties, uniform laws, and model laws that are the focus of the materials.
A new feature in this edition is a Problem Appendix. Professors can use the problems to teach or review major parts of the materials. The new teacher's manual includes a discussion of the problems. A 2004 supplement is also available.
