No problem with the book, but I bought my version online for 180 days, made notes on it, and by the 2nd week I could not access the book anymore. I have little time to study and had to call customer service, only to find out I would have to wait until next day to talk to the right department. Not to mention the horrible customer service I received. By the end, I decided to cancel my order and go rent the book at my school.

The ebook version doesn't seem quite right. In the margins there are periodically icons denoting web sites for more info (a globe with three W's across it). These icons cannot be clicked, and there is no web address included, or at the ends of chapters. The icons seemingly serve no purpose, since it is apparently impossible to find the web sites to which they refer. This is incredibly frustrating, particularly when my professor gave an assignment based around them. The book itself is excellent, but in this case, get the digital version at your own risk.
