Professor Doernberg has written a great little book. In keeping with the "Nutshell" series, this is a 30,000 foot level view of the rules: concisely written, but with no deep details. Recommended as a first reading for those familiar with tax law generally who wish to explore international tax. This book gives the reader enough background to work with advisers or pursue further knowledge. It is suitable for non-U.S. readers. Start here with a light read, end with Kuntz & Peroni's 3 volume monster. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
