Finding Mr. Right is for many women a grueling and frustrating process that doesn't necessarily have a happy ending. Internet Encounters shows women of color that they are not alone in their hopes to find the right man, but it also demonstrates that finding love begins with self. When we can emphatically embrace and empower ourselves with the three hundred and sixty degrees of power, beauty, and intellect bestowed upon us by our Creator it will become much easier to identify and avoid the wolves in sheep's clothing.

Internet Encounters with Absolutely Outrageous Lames, Liars & Losers is absolutely laugh out loud funny. It's a great read for African American women who are single and frustrated with the difficulties of finding Mr. Right! The fact that I could relate to Asmrtgl1's many horrendous dates made it a real page turner. Read it--you will laugh, relate, and embrace Janet Smith's message that "finding love begins with self."Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. A fascinating fresh, riveting first-hand encounter of what it's like to dabble with dating in cyber-space. You can, more than not, encounter humorous, strange, disingenuous and tricky male counterparts. It's like, in the movie, 'Forest Gump' where the young man quotes what his mother told him, 'Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get.' You can only hope and wish for the best piece of chocolate in the box. If you take a chance, be alert. Beware. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
