Internet History

Editorial Reviews

School Library Journal - School Library Journal
Gr 3-5-These titles are attractive enough, but neither the format nor the content makes them necessary purchases. Careers provides short profiles of six individuals working in various new-media fields, but none is explored in any real depth. Internet History does give a bit of background on a few industry pioneers who may not be mentioned in similar volumes, but otherwise the book is a rehash of other titles on the subject. The many small, full-color photos are more decorative than informative. These are acceptable supplemental titles, but should not be the only source material available on these subjects.-Ronni Krasnow, New York Public Library Copyright 2003 Reed Business Information.
