Meet the Author

Mark Oldman and Samer Hamadeh (The Internship Informants™) have turned investigating internships into a full-time job. They've surveyed and interviewed hundreds of interns, internship coordinators, and career placement counselors to locate prime opportunities across the country. They are the only nationally recognized experts on internships, and founders of Vault, the leading Internet site for career information.

Mark Oldman graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA and an MA in English from Stanford University as well as a JD from Stanford Law School. At Stanford, he designed and taught an undergraduate course on the US Supreme Court, ran the Stanford Wine Circle, and spent a term at Oxford University. He has completed internships in government, law, television, music, and advertising.

Samer Hamadeh graduated with a BS in Chemistry and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University. At Stanford, he managed his own printing company, played rugby, and served a teaching assistantship in the Chemistry Department. He has served internships in engineering, management consulting, and public policy.
