Who would expect to see Lucille Ball and B.F. Skinner as living case studies and models in a text about effective interviewing? This book was a real treat! Fascinating insights about what a psychologist sees in interviewing and how to make an interview deeper and richer--as well as an unexpected yet interesting engagment with two very different leaders in our time.

I was looking for a book that would make me think deeply about both my life, and the lives of others. I needed a story with "depth." Chirban has a put together a great book, and a perfect balance of fact/research and analysis.
