    Schenker at his best

This is probably the best and most versatile Michael Schenker-compilation ever released, spanning over two decades, despite the omission of Schenker-classics like "Doctor, Doctor" and "Love to Love". Instead, room has been given for a few rarities and a couple of seldom-heard single B-sides, which is a good idea, as most Schenker-fans already own his most famous songs in one way or another. There are a handful of great songs featuring Robin McAuley on vocals, letting us know that the Irishman´s contribution to MSG deserves a lot more attention. Thankfully, a couple of instrumentals has been included on this double-disc, showing us why this guitarist became a legend. The booklet is excellent as well!
