Polygons - fine Nurbs - not so fine.

I learned a terrific amount in the first section just on modeling with polygons (not surfaces yet) reached the second section on Nurbs and can barely follow along. The problem is with the pictures for illustrating. They are little square boxes with white markings that can barely be seen by anyone! The illustrations are ridiculously bad and I am quickly becoming very frustrated. All the author had to do, is look once at these illustrations and he would have known that no one can possibly see them. Save your money, take a class instead, unless you have someone else to help supp this book.
