About the Author

Dr. A.K. Mishra is Head and Principal Scientist, Agricultural Knowledge Management Unit and the Coordinator, Bioinformatics Centre at IARI, New Delhi under BTIS net funded by DBT. Dr. Mishra received his Ph. D degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has more than20 years of experience in research and teaching. He has successfully executed World Bank funded, mega ICT projects, Consortium of e-Resources in Agriculture (CeRA) as Co-PI and Rice Knowledge Management Portal (RKMP) as CCPI under National Agricultural Innovation Projects (NAIP). He is a senior member of different professional societies like CSI, IACSIT and ISAS. He has published over 50 research articles in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
