I ordered a new textbook for college and had to wait a week for delivery when I request 1-3days shippin'. And when it was delivered the bottom edges was bent and crush, the hard front cover was bend, and the inside of the text and the spine had some (wadworth learning) advertisement. Don't even get me started on the concept map and revisediew. The only reason I didn't return it was that I broke the seal. If you want to get this book then go ahead, just don't get it online.

Unfortunately it is very general, but it is an awesome read. It literally reads unlike the typical textbook where its too dense, lacks wordplay, and stays away from humor. Although I must say the pictures were sort of random in some parts. But for the students out there who need this textbook, it really is a compelling read. The fact that it touches on nearly every topic there is in psychology coupled with the media outlets, this book could help sway those who are undecided in whether to pursue psychology after first year.

Dennis Coon is a publishing phenomenon and one of the best-selling authors in the field of psychology.
