This book provides the student an excellent introduction to the general ideas and themes of insurance in general, meaning the readings are applicable to any insurance. The details for particular lines of business are left for more advanced texts, but this one has very useful examples to establish general methodologies. Definitions of broad insurance terminology is provided. The mathematics is at most elementary calculus. Reads well. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
