After the cataclysmic events of the last volume, Mark is left to pick up the pieces of his life. Everything is different now-his family, his friends, his colleagues. The world is a very strange and unfamiliar place for our young superhero. He is faced with insurmountable odds, countless super-villains, otherworldly threats... and graduating high school. Nobody told him being a superhero would be easy, but nobody told him it'd be this hard, either.
This volume contains issues 14-24, the zero issue and the story from the Image Comics Summer Special from Free Comic Book Day 2004.
Simply the most exciting superhero comic you can buy now.
Every page delivers pure comic fun and thrills.
The story is accessible to casual readers and fun for comic fans.
The story telling is terrific and is a great reading experience.
I didn't realise how much I valued things like great colouring until I got into this book. All the little details delight.
We learn more about the characters introduced in the the first landmark volume and more about the complex universe they live in.
If you haven't read the first Ultimate volume, buy that one and then come back for this second helping. This is a relatively expensive book, but great value for money. You get about a year's worth of comics including some special spin-off issues, along with script pages and sketches.

Invincible-beyond whats listed in the book info this is a pleasant read. Brings me back to the days when I first started reading and collecting in the 80's. I have become a fan of Hardback comics over the last 10 years as they have rereadable value. And this is another pleasant addition.
If you haven't read Invincible buy Volume 1 first and move on from there. I hope you enjoy this as much as I have.

The world of "Invincible" gets bigger as we take a closer look at the other heroes and villains who populate this vibrant, exciting title. Invincible himself makes vital allies and--in true comic book fashion--his own worst enemies. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
