Robert Kirkman is so invested in the world of Invincible its always fun to read. Here we see Mark dealing with the many complications with his life as a super hero. While the action here is good and bloody as usual there is such a disconnect for me because so many characters seem to get introduced every volume its hard to keep track of them all. That was once again my feeling here. While each character might be interesting they rarely get enough panel time to be memorable. The art was exactly what you expect with the normal creative goodness of Ryan Ottley and as usual lacking backgrounds much of the time. Overall, this was a decent collection but I almost wish it would slow down and focus on some of the many individual fascinating characters.
