I have purchased many copies of this lovely book for visitors to Iowa from other countries and states. It consists mostly of intensely beautiful photos taken in Iowa, giving the international visitor a souvenir book from our state without having to translate much text. It is a lovely book for teaching and learning about Iowa, a wonderful gift for anyone - visitor or resident. The colors are vibrant, the topics are well-chosen. The photos are artful, graceful, and so real you can almost smell the grass growing. I absolutely recommend this book!
