I have 4 networked security cameras (Sharx), and this app allows me to check my house when away (like shown in that ADT commercial). Local hotspots can be used, or using a cellphone that provides hotspot functionality (my way). Regarding voyerism, my cameras require password access. Works great...but if I could only get rid of the ads.

At first I felt like a stalker sort of watching this. But sometimes it comforts me when it shows a city because it teminds me of my home in the big apple. :) The quality of the video is rather poor but still its fine with me. :) The only reasons that I'm giving it four stars and not five is because it makes me feel a bit stalkerish and because of the poor quality content. Other than that; very interesting! :)

You don't have to have your own security camera! You can use the college cam, beach cam, and traffic cam! I love it because I can be looking at New York city then scroll over to look at the college Virginia Tech! This is a wonderful app that can give you hours of enjoyment. Stop writing reviews about it when you don't actually know anything.

I have found many camera locally on this app. I live near a beach so its nice to see if the beaches are crowded or if the water is rough. The traffic cams are not great by they are local traffic cams the people who made the app did not install the cameras for those of you who are blaming the app.

I use iit to look at the beach cams or if im traveling i can see the road conditions. Took me forever to figure out though.

Wow! It took a bit to figure it out how to configure it, but I can see all the camera connected to a DVR at work! I can't believe how clear the pictures are (though we do have good cameras). The cameras are connected to a DVR. You need a username and password and lots of other specific settings, so I'm not worried about somebody else peeping in. This app is great! I can't believe it's free, and so far the ads don't bother me at all. I'd gladly pay for this app and may upgrade eventaully, but so far I don't see a reason to.

If u r having trouble all u hav 2 do is press the plus button and pick the type of camera you want to c and then you pick where u want 2 go and press OK and ten press back and you can watch it no matter if it is inNYC or kansas it will work!!!!!

All you book nerds need to get out of under the rock and realize that this app is used to view network cameras. If you do not have a network camera, this app IS NOT FOR YOU. No, it is not a virus, it is simply a ca,era viewer app. Read some tech news instead of james patterson for once.

Very disappointing. It only displays one image of some highway. It images are unclear. And there are no labels which makes it VERY confusing.
