Meet the Author

Based in New York, Robert Shroud peruses the interweaving passageways of his mind, soul and spirit. In these circumspections, he shakes loose life experiences, depths of emotions, spiritual connotations and burgeoning aspirations. Infused with a quirky sense of humor, the result is transformed into gritty, soulful, down to earth characters of imaginative intent.

    It was "ok"

The story itself was moderately believable...but I had a really tough time with all the spelling and grammar mistakes. Found myself paying more attention to those than the actual plot.

A few grammatical errors throughout, but overall a good read. Would like to see a sequel with the main character. I would rate it 3.5 stars

I had to put it down several times because of the horrendous punctuation
but I picked it up again. That says something. Robert could really use
an editor! If the punctuation and odd usage of contractions doesn't get
to you it's a pretty good book.

    Very good

Very good story. Unlike the spelling, grammar and typo nazis on here that cannot read a book they have to grade a book, i overlooked the one typo. There was no grammar issues, the story was good, caught you up with an ending that surprised you. Would recommend. Ignore the grammar nazis. They think all books have to be written in precise queens english, i guess. I think they forget that ppl dont speak in proper english, and a good author will convey that in their writing.

Pretty good book, interesting plot, good characters, decent plot. A bit underdeveloped, but not amateurish! Definetly recommend, worth reading.
