As a professional speaker, Ms. Boe has keynoted/presented to such conventions as Meeting Planners International, International Customer Service Association, Council of Logistics Management, National Speakers' Association, and Tupper Jubilees. She is the 1987 recipient of the Meeting Planners Choice Speaker of the Year Award for the National Management Association. BETTIE B. YOUNGS, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Phoenix Educational Foundation.
