If Ismail Merchant writes another book, I will definitely buy it. I have a passion for good food and consider myself a good cook. I have tried more than half the recipies in the book and got very good results. What I liked most about this book is the ease of use of ingredients. I'm very impressed by how he shortened the list of ingredients and simplified the method of cooking for most recipies which helps both, people with less time on their hand and also people who are new to Indian Cuisine.
