Overview

The author of The Heat of Heat and A Kiss of A Different Color delivers a heart-tugging tale of loss and healing...

When hard-working divorced mother Tracy Pegram learns that the driver who injured her eight-year-old in a hit-and-run accident is the teenage son of real estate magnate and State Attorney General Keith Norwood, she wants blood. She dismisses the boy as just another unsupervised, wild rich kid and blames his father for pursuing the governor's office instead of spending time at home with his son. Tracy finds herself softening when motherless teen Josh Norwood asks to apologize to her son, and she welcomes him into her home. She also soon recognizes a tortured soul under the rigid public persona of the widowed Keith Norwood as well...but opening her heart to the father the way she has to the son is out of the question...or is it?

    Yes she Is

I loved this book. Tracy was such a beautiful person inside and out. She went through a lot with Keith but she never stopped loving him even when he couldn't love her. She was the perfect mom and stepmom and loved Josh even after what he did. I would highly recommend reading this book.

Isn't She Lovely was a lovely book. Being a divorced mother of two it gives me a clear goal for the type of blended family I would hope to one day have. As usual Ms. Griffin did it again, delivered an enjoyable and inspiring book that I found hard to put down.
