It Matters to Me

All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
On her second album, Faith Hill confirmed that Take Me as I Am was no fluke. Like her debut album, "It Matters to Me" is an ambitious, diverse set of contemporary country that proves Hill can tackle virtually every subgenre of country, singing rockers, ballads, socially-aware stories, and love songs with an equal amount of grace. The singles "Let's Go to Vegas" and "It Matters to Me" aren't the only strong songs here -- the entire album is rich with first-rate songs, as well as superb singing from Hill, one of the most promising female vocalist of the mid-'90s.

    A good CD

The reason I bought this CD was because of the song ''It matters to me''. I thought the rest of it wouldn't be any good but then I listened to it and now it's my favorite CD!

    Greatness

I absolutely love this cd. I almost think, as a country album, this is Faith at her best. I just love the array of songs. You can't help it!

    Very good country music

It is a really good CD. Country, but not at its purest form, with a beautiful, well educated voice, and sticky songs. I find it just great.

    Faith Hill is cool

Her songs are powerful and get stuck in your head; she sings her songs with alot of emotion. I think Faith Hill is really great & I love her husband.
