Graziella Parati is Associate Professor at Dartmouth College, N.H., where she teaches twentieth-century Italian culture, Italian American Culture, and autobiography and gender issues. Rebecca West is Professor of Italian and Cinema/Media Studies at the University of Chicago, where she teaches modern and contemporary Italian prose fiction and poetry, Italian and Italian American film, and gender issues.
